Create Water allows the caster to condense ambient moisture and shape elemental water into a tangible, drinkable form. The water appears at a point or within a suitable container within range, behaving exactly as mundane water once created.
The caster may control the flow of the water as it forms, allowing it to pour, pool, or fill containers naturally. The created water is clean and safe for consumption unless the environment or container contaminates it afterward.
The spell cannot create water inside a living creature or in a completely sealed space with no capacity to hold it. Once formed, the water remains permanently and is no longer considered magical.
Create Water does not create pressure, force, or moving currents beyond what gravity would naturally allow. It cannot be used to flood areas violently or cause direct harm. The volume created is fixed at the time of casting and cannot be increased without recasting the spell.
In arid areas like deserts the GM can decide to add a extra difficulty due to the lack of water in the air. The caster has to draw the water up from deep underground.
Create an amount of water equivalent to 1 small water bag per level of the caster.
