Missile Enhancement

Description

The Magi can propel stones a distance of 10 feet per level. Each stone has a Pen 2 Dam 2d3 AD 1 it is possible that the stones will not hit in the exact same place so location can be used to see which location the caster hit with his/her stones. The caster can propel one pebble every other level.

I.e. one at level 1, two at level 3, 3 at level 5 and 10 at level 19

There is a -5% to casting per target if splitting the targets up

I.e. -5 for 2 targets

-10 for 3 targets
