Description

El-dreg-anie is a Dark Elf border guard stationed in the shadowed tunnels leading to Del-Targ-Von, the subterranean city of his people. At sixty years of age, he stands in the prime of elven adulthood, hardened by decades spent patrolling the dangerous edges of Dark Elf territory. A Ranger by training and temperament, he serves Caplo as a silent sentinel in places where light rarely reaches and mercy is considered weakness.

Appearance

El-dreg-anie’s dark brown eyes are so deep in shade they appear almost black in the torchlight of the tunnels. His gaze is steady, predatory, and unsettlingly calm.

He dresses in layered dark brown leathers and fitted cloth designed for concealment rather than display. The muted tones allow him to blend seamlessly into the stone walls and shadowed alcoves of the underground passages he patrols. When standing still, he can all but vanish against the cavern’s natural contours.

His movements are precise and controlled, each step placed with deliberate silence. Years of tunnel patrol have made him intimately familiar with every echo, draft, and tremor in the rock.

Personality

El-dreg-anie possesses a temperament that borders on cruel. Unlike many who serve out of duty or honour, he finds a grim satisfaction in inflicting pain and anguish upon those who trespass into Dark Elf lands.

He views fear as a tool. Pain as a lesson. Mercy as a liability.

To him, intruders are not simply enemies, but opportunities to reinforce the authority of Del-Targ-Von’s borders. His methods are thorough and often prolonged, designed to ensure that survivors carry stories back to the surface.

He operates primarily in the outer tunnel systems, intercepting:
