Description

A ruthless and calculating dark elf noble and senior member of the Tash-La-Ari. Lord Dal-Rugia commands fear and obedience from those beneath him and views others primarily as tools or commodities. He is instrumental in orchestrating the summoning ritual intended to bring about the return of Délíntra.

Dal-Rugia is politically sharp, patient, and deeply committed to the expansion of dark elf power. He captured Princess Leona-Fal-Demar years earlier and keeps her enslaved as both trophy and symbol of dominance.
